My quote for 4 nights at Poly, standard, including 5-day base convention, non-upgradable tickets (2 adults, a 10-year old and an 8- year) old is $2,590. This is for October. Once I factor out the cost of the tickets (at regular Disney gate prices) it's about $316/night including tax, which is a lot less than rack rate. I think the tickets are actually less than gate prices, so a quote for the room alone would be higher than $316/night.

My quote during labor Day last year at YC was a lot cheaper, but we can't do end of August this year. The rates for end of August were way awesome.

Just priced four nights out on Travelocity, during Value season (of this year, of course) with a 15% off code and with 3 adults and 2 kids it came out to 1311.00. Now I know with the rate increases that will be set in for next year, it will be higher than that, but hopefully not too much higher.
