I've been waiting for points for a BandN purchase fromm december 1st to credit. When I emailed them, they said,

Dear Kristy,

Thank you for contacting MyPoints Member Care.

Points that you earn at participating sites are credited to your
account
as soon as we receive confirmation of your transaction from the
merchant. Please note that Points earned through 2 Points Per Dollar
offers in MyPoints Shopping are credited within 60 days. These Points
become available to spend within 30 days.

The offer in question should indicate how long you should have to wait
before the Points are credited. If you have waited the specified time
period and still not received your Points, please contact us again at
membercare@mypoints.com and we'll be happy to investigate the matter
for
you.

Since when is it 60 days? I love how it just seems to get longer and longer... was 30 then 45 now 60??? I'm starting to lose faith in them. I've also had a cash out for a BandN gc that has been pending for 3 weeks... its starting to worry me.

Remember that it takes up to 30 days for the confirmation from the merchant to get back to My Points. My Points is stating that within 60 days your points should be credited. So they're allowing 30 more days to process the confirmation of your purchase before giving you the credit. Your email also says that your points are available for spending after 30 days.

It's actually 90 days. Because its 60 to show them... and 30 more while they're pending til you can actually use them. Come on now... that's 1/4 of a yr! That's too long in my opinion. But I guess as long as they keep crediting we'll all learn to deal.

I really can't stand them anymore!!!!!

They owe me soooo many points from Christmas shopping, and they never show up. I have written to them 3x about a zappos order from September - still haven't been credited even though I get the canned answer. I am waiting on so much.

So what happens today? They credit me again for the X-Men thing. Unreal.

i was totally cheated out of a gift certificate. i ordered it in september and they claim they sent it but i never got it.

I had to email them about some points that I was waiting on, they emailed and said they would credit my account, and I would see it in about 5 working day, and I did. They seem to come through in the end, and the big point opps (Fox and tupperware) are really great, but it seems like I always have to email them asking for my points.
Creation rewards is by far the BEST at rewarding. I've shopped through them, forwarded my confirmation, got my points in a matter of hours, redeemed them, and received my reward before getting the thing I bought. I love CR, too bad all programs aren't as good as they are!!

A little good news - I ordered my GC from MyPoints about 2 weeks ago & it came in the mail today .
I hope the points and GC's you all are waiting on come soon.
