My Points Sprint

I signed up for Sprint through My points 7/4 and was suppose to receive 3,000 points. I have read that there is difficulty getting these points to post. Has anyone here had this difficulty?

I signed up for it on Memorial day and still haven't received my points. I have written many times and I'm basically ignored.

About 1 year ago I joined the sprint program and got my points pretty quick plus
they kept up ok with my monthly points for long distance, I quit sprint for awhile
and went to MCI, but I just quit MCI and went back to Sprint to get the 3,000
points, I still haven't received the points.
