My Points Shopper Ticker

I reached 5 purchases on my shopping ticker which apparently entitles me to enough points for a $10 gift card. Has anyone here gotten this and, if so, how does it work. Did the points just appear in you account at some point? Nowhere on the site does it give any info on this. TIA

Once your points go from pending to available the points for the $10 gift card will show up in your account.

I did it and my points did show up!
