My Points just took 2000 points out of my account today for a Office Depot Point Reversal... I have no idea why I know I made the purchases with Office Depot - I have had a really had time having Mypoints get my Office Depot points to me to begin with almost always requires multiple emails etc to the customer Service.... I was supposed to reieve bonus points as well for buying office dept through some emails I recived and never got those as well... Just wondering if this has happened to anyone else... I love my points but I am pretty upset about this - I had enough to get a gift card and now with them taking these I dont... I did send an email to them but that usually doesnt seem to do me much good... any thoughts????
 
Every time I send them an email they get right back to me. I have only had a reversal once, I did an exchange and they thought I did a return and took the points. I emailed them and they fixed it.

I've also had to email them a few times to get points from a large purchase. They did credit them. I hope they fix it for you!
 
I get tired of trying to get my points from purchases through them. I no longer use them when buying and use either ebates or shopathome (just signed up for that one). I do still do the emails with them. I have never had a reversal but only purchased things a few times from ebay and then from avon. Always had to pull teeth with the bonus/large purchases from avon.
 
I've never had a problem getting my points credited. They are good about answering emails - so ask why the point reversal and you will hear back within a day.
 

I've had a bunch of problems getting Office Depot points to post. I order a lot from Office Depot and since December, it has gotten really bad. I'm very frustrated too because I've e-mailed My Points with the order confirmation and they tell me that they are working with Office Depot to get the problem resolved. The problem being how Office Depot reports orders to them. The reason why I'm frustrated is because they tell me that I have to wait another month before the points will be issued and then I will have another waiting period where the points are "pending" before they are actually availble to redeem. The e-mail I received from My Points says that purchases made through March 1 and March 21 will be given by April 20 but if I don't receive the points - to contact My Points again (which I didn't receive the points so I had to contact them again.) Then I received another e-mail saying that the purchases made between April 1 and April 21 will be rewarded by May 20 but if I don't receive them to e-mail them again. I'm about ready to say forget it - it's not worth the hassle.

As far as points reversal, I've only had points reversed if I returned something. For instance, if I've made a purchase of JC Penney's online and then returned the clothese because they didn't fit - then they've taken the points away that I received.
 
I have always had great customer support through Mypoints. If I don't get my points within 30 days I just copy and paste the reciept and they have always credited it right away. I also have never had a point reversal even when I have returned a few things at Kohl's. I shop around for the best cash/point deal, but Mypoints really seems to have a points deal with just about every online merchant so I tend to use them the most.
 
I have had plenty of point crediting issues. It is frustrating to say the least. They told me I didn't have cookies enabled, I do. Then they told me some specific sites to add to my safe list, I did. Lastly they told me that I cannot use Mozilla that I have to use IE which I do not care for. I'm irritated.

Also, does anyone actually get any points on the daily spin 'n win? I think I got 5 pts. once but for the last three weeks I have gotten 0 every single day. I think they know I'm still using Mozilla. :rotfl:
