My Points Mail

I haven't received mail from them in 2 days now. Is this normal for them, is anybody else not getting mail? I don't shop much online so I really depend on the mail clicks to get my points. I didn't even get the 30 point mail.

I did not get the 30 pt email either.

Anyway, I has not gotten any emails since the beginning of this year. Come to find out that Juno (which was my email provider) was blocking MyPoints emails. So, I changed my address to Hotmail and I have started to get them again.

Hi Belle!!

I think it's feast or famine with My Points Bonus Email...that is usually the way it works for me anyhow...Somedays I go without any and then the next day I get 3 or 4 at once...but yes, if you have Juno, they block My Points emails, so I would consider switching to Yahoo or Hotmail...

I have gotten a couple of e-mails this week, but I didn't get the 30 pt one or the 60 pt one mentioned in another post. I wonder if they have some sort of selection process that sends different e-mails to different users (maybe regional, or something)? Anyway, I did go in and update my interests in my profile. I thought that I had checked them all when I signed up but only about 1/2 of the categories were selected. Maybe that will increase my odds.

Hi Beanie!
I have AOL and I think I set Internet 5.0 to be my browser. I can't be sure I set it though because I'm not very educated on computer things. I thought maybe it was due to AOL not being able to accept HTML. At least that's what I was told about AOL and HTML, not that I understand that either. I probably need a "Computers for Dummies" type book.


Maybe I'm just going through the famine part of MyPoints like you said. Sure would like to hit feast part soon though!

Belle...when I had AOL for a brief period of time, I didn't receive any Bonus Emails at all!! I changed to Hotmail when I found out that AOL wasn't allowing me to receive HTML emails...I started getting emails from My Points immediately after...but like I said, that could have been the famine part as well! LOL...I don't know...I hope you do start getting some though!!

Mousie...I received the 30 point email, but haven't received the 60 point one yet... I hope I do get the 60 pointer one!! LOL

I continue to get emails even tho' I can't log into my account (it says it is disabled), can't get a reply to my emails but they keep sending me bonus email points!!!
