My Points - how long does it take to receive awards?

I'm thinking about cashing in some points for gas cards at My Points. Any idea how long it takes to receive them? Thanks!

I have cashed out for rainforest gift cards and it took about 2 weeks. I found it rather quick but I have not done the gas cards yet. So if you do it let us know how long it took.

I have recieved my restaurant gift cards in 10 days. And loved every bite of it at Olive Garden!!

Last time I ordered gas cards they took a long time. Over a month if I remember right.

Thanks Bobcat, that's good to know. Which kind did you get and did you have any problems using them? I was getting them for a trip mid-May or early June so I better order them soon I guess.

Got mine in about 2 weeks.

I think they send out batches like once a month... so I think it's luck of the draw on whether you sneak in just before they send and get it quickly, or you wait a month. I've gotten them in anywhere from 5 days to 6 weeks and I always order the same type of card (B&N)

It took about 6 weeks to get my Shell cards I ordered last year.

It seems hard giftcertificates from My Points take much longer than webcertificates.

Liz I didn't have any problems using them. I ordered a variety of cards so I wouldn't have to just look for one brand of gas station. I used Citgo and Shell.
