My Points~ Can I do it in time?

Hello everyone!

My DH and I are each about 100-120 points away from cashing out at My Points. I am trying for the Rainforest Cafe gift card and DH is trying for 2 gas cards. The question is... we leave on December 3, 2004 for our trip to WDW. Is that enough time to accumulate the points I need and get our rewards just by reading e-mails? We don't have plans to purchase anything at this time. So, what do you think? Should I cash out now or wait awhile? If I do wait until the beginning of October, do you think I will get my rewards in time for our vacation? Thanks for your advice!

I think you can. I would make sure to be signed up for every kind of email - you can do that (I think) at member services. Then there's a new yahoo download for 20 points, and there are some other points that are easy - like a 2500 points (I think - I have not done it lately) for AOL-you get the points in 30 days, just have to remember to cancel it.... I've been averaging about 3 mypoints emails a day.

I think you can do it in time. I usually earn more points in one month just from checking the emails. Good luck!

I think you can do it also. The last month mypoints had been VERY fast in sending out whatever you use your points for. I'm collecting webcertificates and they are coming within 1 week after I order them, VERY FAST!!!

I think you can do it I get about 4 emails a day that should be enough. I ordered a rainforest gift card with my points and I got it in about 3 weeks.

I think you can. I just ordered a $25 rainforest GC on Sept 2 and got it today. That was super fast.

They have been very quick shipping rewards lately. I got my last one in less than a week.

If you have not already go to simple points and see if there are any new surveys or other quick hits for some easy points (there may be new ones since the last time you were there and some you can do again after a period of time.

Don't forget you can refer a friend/relative to get 100 points after they have earned 60 points.
