I cannot get over how the Spam has increased since signing up with Sunshine. I don't believe that it is Sunshine per se, but the sign ups that you do to get the rewards. I wish that I had used a brand NEW address for this program. I think that I may have to bag the one that I used to sign up there.

You should not have received one single spam email after signing up with Sunshine Rewards. When you sign up, the only way that we use your email is to send the once a day paid emails. Now, if you use that email address to sign up for paid offers (the same ones that you would sign up for if you were using Creation Rewards, Quick Rewards, etc), those companies might start sending you spam. But we are 100% CAN-SPAM compliant.

If you want to sign up for the paid offers, my suggestion would be to set up an email account that you only use for Sunshine. (if you have already signed up, you can change your email account in the member zone) That way, we can track your signups but your personal inbox is not full of the spammy emails that you would get from those kind of signups. In the alternative, you can use Sunshine only for the paid clicks, paid emails, and shopping and your address will not go beyond us and the merchants that you make purchases through.

You should start receiving these within 24 hours, sometimes even your first day depending upon whether you signed up before or after that day's email went out. Check any kind of spam or bulk folder that you might have with your program. Because we send them out in batches of 500 at a time, they will often get routed there by your ISP.

I have not signed up for one offer and my inbox is full of spam. I went from about 20 a day to 150...not kidding!

Me too! But truthfully, I attribute this to one of the sign ups. I was a member for a few weeks and had done very little on the site, but it was only after I had done a couple of sign ups that my Spam EXPLODED!

I signed up with sunshinerewards a few months ago and I was addicted to clicking for pennies for a bit - and I'm still doing the daily scratch-off game and clicking the paid emails - but, am burning out a little because it does take a longgg time to build up rewards if you don't sign up for the paid offers and/or don't shop through the site. I have noticed other places (fatwallet, mypoints) were paying out higher rewards for shopping and sunshine seems to be doing a little better these days. I'm not interested in getting gift cards at all - I like the Disney Dollars. I realize I might get more points/cash back from other rewards sites, but - since Disney Dollars are like cash and I don't have to dork around with remembering how much I have left on this gift card and that giftcard - I'll stick with sunshine. I also like the customer service at sunshinerewards. Any time I have filed a trouble ticket for non-payment, the issue is resolved quickly and friendly. I do get the daily paid emails from sunshine, but - don't think I get any spam from them - other than the paid offers I goofed up and used my good email address for back when I originally signed up. I no longer sign up for paid offers. Not worth the trouble and payment isn't guaranteed unless sunshine gets their payment. I definitely never do the paid trials that require credit cards. Some of those offers seem very risky to me with unknown companies.

As long as sunshinerewards gives out Disney Dollars for rewards, I'll keep shopping through their site and clicking for pennies. If the Disney Dollars stop, then I'll look for the highest payout rewards site

But as we build volume, I will be happy to try to match or beat the other programs. I've been focusing most on DisneyShopping because that is our most popular merchant (and we are up to 4% now, which I think beats everyone else), but I would certainly like to see what I can do with the others as well.

I won't be able to match the Dell because the 1% that we give back is the 1% that we actually make. But if you are looking to make a big purchase (e.g. anything over $100) at the other places, definitely let me know and I can match or beat on those. Hopefully as we see our volume increase, we will be able to beat everyone on every sale. Every time we get an email from a merchant that they have increased our rate, I increase the rate on our payouts.
