In your November statement. Under Franklin Covey sign up for the 20 pt pc tablet. I had previously done this but it let me do it again with this email. Also, there is a survey. There are actually 2 health surveys for 5 pts each but it only let me do one. Looked like the same survey - maybe they made a mistake. (Under simple points) Good luck getting your points.

Thanks for the headsup. On both of the surveys, there was a 50 point offer afterwards- one for a sample of prevacid, which I did, and one to sign up for pfizer living which I didn't do because I couldn't get through to the link, but I'll try again!
Gotta love those free and easy points!

Thanks for the head ups on these. I took both surveys and signed up for Pfizer. I also registered for the pc tablet.
