My Point Gift Cards

I know they say 2-6 weeks, but what is the average time they arrive in? Should I be looking in the next week or should I start checking in December? Thanks in advance!

I just requested a Target gift card from MyPoints and I received it within 2 weeks. About a week after I requested it, they sent an email that it was on its way and I got it just a few days later.

I have read where others have done this on MyPoints, but does anyone know if it works...People request like a CVS or Walgreens giftcard and then use it to buy a Disney giftcard. The points for the CVS card are lower than for a Walmart, Target, or VISA giftcard, but I don't want to be stuck with something I can't really use.
