My Plans in MDE will require time travel

For the past few days all "My Plans" (except ADR's) are off by four hours. I thought it might be a temporary glitch and I've reset the app and tried rescheduling my plans to no avail. Is there a fix or is this yet another Disney technology glitch I need to get used to? It will be cool to see the fireworks at 1:00 am though!

What do the times look like if you check using the MDX website via a web browser?
 
My plans continue to disappear in the app. I emailed tech support and their answer was to uninstall/reinstall. I've had to do that twice. They said not to worry about it as long as they still show up on the website, which they do.
Same thing happened in 2017. It was our first day in the park and FP and ADR's were gone. The CM at Guest Services allowed me to take a screen shot of my FP and ADR's on his tablet.
 

The app is experiencing wide spread glitches right now. There was a notice when I signed in today.
 
I was missing some meals today when I first logged in. It appears to be okay now
 
Always check the website if the app seems buggy or wrong. I don't use the app to do anything useful, except when we are in the parks, because it's so unreliable.
 
Am I the only one who never uses the app? I almost exclusively use the website to book & modify plans.

The only time I use the app is to look at wait times at home from my couch, to give myself a boost at work and see my booked trip and then when we get to the parks.

All my ADRs, modifications and fast passes I do on my laptop or at my desk. :)

Note to those following along...
Try using different web browsers and/or different "modes" (like "private browsing") if available.

I have with no luck. It's rather funny the gliches happening. App and website says reservations for 3 when confirmation email says 2 ( meant to he only 2). unable to modify anything just gives a error.

Even if that were the case (and it might be,)
the times listed would/should always be listed in the eastern zone (local to WDW,)
as that's where the events take place and where the guest would be on the dates of the trip.

There are so many

associated with MDX that it's nearly impossible to diagnose problems.

Should and does aren't the same thing.
But not if it glitched to some random other time zone. I've seen some apps where you can switch it to a different zone than yours or the companies
I am in eastern myself but have had times where my phone will pop in to a different time zone

But, my point was that Disney does not list show times based on a "fluid" time zone.
The show times are just posted as X:XX time.

It COULD be that when the software SEES a time being displayed, it automatically
thinks that it needs to be converted to some other time zone.
(The way many cellphones will "see" a phone number or address and highlight it, ready for you to tap on it.)

You have to go to Universal and speak with Doc Brown for MDE time travel issues. He is excitable but always willing to help with problems of this kind. Just tell him that Biff sent you and above all remain calm.
