I can't believe that our FP+ reservation date is just a few weeks away! Here are my plans for FP+ for our day at AK. It is Monday 5/2 EMH at 8:00 a.m.

Let me know your thoughts...thanks!

8:00 - EE, Dino, PW, Triceratop
9:00 - Safari (FP+)
10:00 - FOTLK show
11:20 - Tusker House ADR
1:00 - Nemo show (FP+)
1:30 - Kali (FP+)

I have never needed a FP for Nemo. I would ride EE twice once at emh and then later fast pass after kali to dry off lol

Good idea! Especially if for some reason we don't get to those first 4 rides during EMH. Maybe a later FP+ for EE or Dino would be better than using it on Nemo. Thanks!

We will be there that day, too! We are going to see Nemo but are also skipping the FP for it. I've heard from many you don't need it

I would do something like this:
Dino
PW
Triceratops
EE
Safari FP+ 9:25 From what I have seen this is the first FP+ window for Safari
11:00 FOTLK show
11:45 ADR Tusker House
Kali FP+ 1:00
EE FP+ 2:00
Nemo 3:00

We are going on a Monday AM EMH day in October so I have been playing with AK plans quite a bit. My main goal when I do my planning is to back track as little as possible since the park is so big and not rush everywhere. Most people will go to either EE or Safari during AM EMH so the first 3 rides in Dinoland should be walk-on. You will be at EE before regular park open with a short wait but still have plenty of time to work your way toward Safari and have plenty of time to do that, shop, and grab a snack before lining up for Lion King show. You will have plenty of time at your ADR without rushing out for the Kali FP+. You might even be able to squeeze in the Flights of Wonder show after Kali and before EE.

OK another thought...

would we have time to see the 10:00 FOLTLK show, then do Safari with FP+ and make it to our 11:20 ADR at Tusker House?

I think it would be difficult, though not impossible, since all three are so close together. You'll have a huge crush of people exiting from Lion King at 10:30. If you can be on the Safari vehicle by 10:40, you should be off by 11:10 which gives you about 5 minutes to be 5 minutes early for your ADR.

There's a lot zig and zag in your plan............Do you plan on all of the 8:00am attractions? To do all that and get to the safari by 9 is a tough one.......different side of park........but that's me............I always like to do the Safari first and work my way around that way. Don't know if I'd use a FP on the Nemo show...........its a big theater..........if you get there around 12:45 you should be good. I'd look to move the Kali FP back 15 to 30 minutes too!

Have a great vacation!
