My planner is Carol Mikles...anyone had her??

woo-hoo! I just found out that my planner is Carol Mikles (sp?). She left me a message Friday afternoon and sounds super nice and friendly. Can't wait to get the planning stuff in the mail so we can really start getting down to the details!!

Has anyone had Carol as their planner? Any feedback about her (positive or negative) would be great

You are probably the luckiest person on this board - Carol is WONDERFUL!!!!! She was my EM and we clicked right away she is very prompt replies asap - and is very on the ball! I felt so blessed to have her - I would see posts of other girls about planners not responding for weeks and I was thinking heck I would begin to get anxious if I did not hear from her in the same day - (which normally I would hear from her within a few hours) I guess I was spoiled- she was wonderful with me!!!!! I can not say that enough!

Now I talked to another bride who had her (well 2 one who feels the same as me) the other loved her but felt that she never sugguested anything- for me that was perfect as I knew exactly what I wanted and she never pressured me into anything that I did not want - which was great- any questions let me know I love Carol!!!!

I second what allison said!!! SHE IS AMAZING! Your wedding will be absolutely perfect! her emails and calls are always on time and quick. She knows what she is talking about and is probably the nicest planner there!!

Im very happy there's someone else here who has her! Our event was seamless for the most part and she was a huge part of that!!

I've got Carol as my EM - she is just great. She is really friendly and helpful, and always prompt to reply to stuff, even though we are planning from a long way away in the UK! I am sure you will get on really well with her, I love her!
