My sil makes all the kids halloween costumes. But this year, my dd's didn't fit. I ran to Walmart and picked out another costume for her. I think its Aurora, sleeping beauty.
I didn't want to tell my dh that I bought another costume, but I fessed up. He gave me a shmirk.
So I got her dressed up and brought her out to where dh was.
I was taking pictures of her and then realized, dh wasn't saying anything. I looked over at him and there were tears streaming down his face. He said, "She looks so beautiful."
See, we have a 2.5 yo tom boy! She NEVER lets us put anything in her hair, she likes dirt and bugs--not in her hair though. lol
So I had to share the photo. It really touched my heart and she loved being a Princess.
