my pictures are ruined.

I don't know where to post this.....but I ordered 2 pictures from Disney photopass which came today. The mailman shoved the pics in the mailbox & bent it! I don't know if there is a way to get it resent (Not Disney's fault) or if I'm stuck w/ messed up pictures. One of the pictures I was going to frame & give as a Christmas gift. =(
Has anyone else had a similiar experience??? Who would I talk to?
 
DON'T WORRY! Just tell Disney (via the photopass website) what happened and they'll redo your order and send it back to you at no charge (the same thing happened to me a month ago). It was really easy.
 
SAME THING HAPPENED TO ME!

Our postman put our 8X10 Photopass pics. in our tiny mailbox (the kind that's at the end of the street, grouped together with everyone else's).

I called them. They wanted us to scan & Fax (can't remember exactly what we had to do) the damaged photos so that they could see the damage. Then, they replaced them.

**I also called the post office & gave them an EARFULL!!! The envelope said right on it.."DO NOT BEND".

That was 2 or 3 years ago.
 
Yeah, I've made one of those phone calls in the past. The envelope reads "DONT BEND"!!!

The answer I got from the post office was that they only have a few seconds at each mailbox and can't be expected to read EVERYTHING and that if it was that important it should have been sent FedEx. Interesting, huh?

Actually when Disney mailed me my replacement pictures, they did send it Fed Ex (no extra charge though).

Since you want to give the pics for Christmas, run the damaged pictures over to Kinkos. They will re do them for you and save you the time of having to wait for Disney to send them.
 
Disney is replacing the pictures for me.
I am very relieved. =)

I should get them in time for Christmas so I'm not going to go to Kinkos....but I'm suprised they would replace them. They always give me a hard time when I make my photo calendars every year (my wedding photographer takes pics of my kids that I use) and I always need a waiver signed.
 
I'm glad to hear it! Disney has great customer service with Photopass in my experience :)
