We watched his show a couple of times and you should have seen the "ladies" volunteering to be part of his crew...he'd tap them on the head..saying "too young" then give that look that says, "I'd really like to but can't"..

We're going in a couple weeks and would loooove to catch his show. When and where does it take place? I'm guessing somewhere near/outside of the ride.

It wasn't listed in the times guide a couple weeks ago, but it takes place right outside PoTC, on the left hand side. There's a somewhat open area near a door that leads backstage, and the show sets up there.

As for times, I believe it begins around 11:00 am, which shows periodically throughout the day after that (maybe every half hour?). I just asked the CMs near the ride, and they were able to tell me when the next show was.

It's a good comparison, but my dfh looks identical to Johnny. Poor guy gets harassed by customers who come into his business cause it's always do you know who you look like!!!!! lol it happens daily pretty much. It has gotten out of hand a couple if times. he does acting so the looks are a BIG bonus. He has been Capt Jack for Halloween since POTC first movie came out and he has been a HUGE hit. We got swarmed downtown on a Halloween night. I think the man is good for a char meet and greet, but I would certainly not go as far as he is anywhere near as yummy. JMO I do NOT mean to insult anyone and if I did I appologize. I just think when it comes to casting chars not only should they be able to pull off dialect, poise, movements and other trades of the char they are playing. Jack did not have blue eyes this one seems to. lol I think I am to Pirate Biased HAHA.

Gorgeous. I dated a guy in 1979 that looked just like that. Minus the pirate garb of course. Of course he would now be pushing 50 and I doubt he looks like that today.

he is great...very close to the real thing.....if i ever met johnny depp in person i'd probably faint..however if I saw Orlando Bloom in person...well, who knows what I'd do in that event Both are gorgeous!

This guy was SO good when we saw him a couple weeks ago...I think if they did allow all us wenches ( ) to meet and greet with him, Disney would have security issues!!

Thank GOODNESS for digital cameras...I was videotaping his performance while my mom and two sisters were given STRICT instructions to capture his every move in photos.

Wow...and he smelled good too, just for the record. If Captain Jack had hygiene issues in the Caribbean, they were corrected when he made port in Orlando!!

You'll know the show is about to begin because they actually have security people start moving in and making sure the area is cleared. The 2nd time we watched the show a huge Brazillian tour group inadvertantly had made their meeting spot exactly where the show starts. It was funny watching security scurry around trying to figure out how to get them out of there before the show started.
