My Photosite not working???

Does anyone know why I can't get my photo with the photosite?

Im going to the site they show on the card.........I put in the information (it's correct too) and the message pops up that there are no photos yet.

i know it takes up to 24 hours but it's now Monday and I had the photos taken Saturday mid-day.

Does anyone know what may be causing this?

Now I am really upset with Disney Photopass!!!

My code DOES NOT WORK! I've entered it many times!

I had our photos taken Saturday and they say that they should be up after 24 hours.

I have waited and waited! It doesn't even recognize my code!

I emailed the Photopass support, and as they asked, I sent a personal photo to help them locate me.

I did that Monday and as of today still have not even gotten a response.

We have some very expected family photos on there that would mean ALOT to us from our vacation.
