My Photo is too big..help!

Can someone please tell me how I can reduce the size of my photos so I can post them on a thread? I looked and can not find how to do it. I hit the "upload a file" and it shows it uploading and then tells me that it is too big. Thank you!
 
54 views and not one offer of help. LOL Thanks anyway, I got my son to show me how!
