I had budgeted money to purchase My Pal Mickey, but am considering forgoing that decision & going to Crystal Palace instead. Which would you rather have? I figured we have to eat anyways (we have breakfast PSs at CRT) :p No matter waht, we will be spending a decent amount of money to feed the 6 of us. If we purchase My Pal MIckey, I am afraid that he will either become a nuissance & I'll be stuck carrying him everywhere or the 3 children will argue over him. What do you think?

I really loved my pal mickey, i bought him oct. 2004 and i still play with him. So cute.:goodvibes

Personally, I would get the Pal Mickey. I have 2 kids, and they carried him 90% of the time, and hardly ever fought over him. When I did have to carry him, he really didn't weigh that much. He is so cute and fun, and you can take him home with you, and bring him back on future trips.

I would also vote for Pal Mickey, I clipped him to my fanny pack and carried him when DD got tried of it. I always worried that she would forget him.

I don't know much about Pal Mickey but I do know that if he was in your bugdet then if you go to the Crystal Palace instead then you are going to spend more $$$. I recenlty went to the Palace for a character breakfast ( 5 adults and 1 child ( I think it was 11 and under as a child) and the cost was 100.42 plus tip. Great breakfast and 4 characters but if was not in the bugdet it may be better to stick with Mickey. He is cute!! You could also make out a schedule for the kids to share him at either differnet parks or for certain number of hours per day. PS HAve a great TIme!!:p

Hmmmmmmmm, Maybe I should just do both! :) They're only kids once. :) Thanks for all of your advise.
Lisa :)

I might be in the minority but we weren't thrilled with Pal Mickey. He just got to be one more thing to carry and the novelty wore off quickly. However my kids were 2,4 and 5 at the time so maybe it's better with older kids.

My Kids are older.. 12 and 10.. and we had rented pal mickey for 1 day last summer with the idea that if we loved him we would buy... he was fun and cute but he novelty wore off as the day wore on and by the end of the day.. I was carrying him in the back pack..

so i would do Crystal palace..

Pal Mickey Rocks!!!

Plus, you can bring him back to WDW again and again.

Once you've digested your meal, it's gone! (Except for any pictures you take).
