My Online Dining Reservation Experience

I made my online (and through a live CM) dining today... well kind of.

I have linked reservations, because I WAS on the wait list for the last night at AKV Kidani. Even though the reservations are supposedly linked, the Disney Dining computer sees them as separate reservations and thus I was not allowed to make a dining reservation for the last day of my stay. Dang Disney IT junk.

Another thing is that the online system didn't see anything for Sanaa at 6 pm, 6:15 pm, 6:30 pm, 6:45 pm, etc, but the Disney Dining CM saw something at 6:20 pm. Isn't this splitting it too fine? Come on IT people! Give me a range of times to search.

So, bottom line is that I made one reservation using the online system and received an email confirmation, which was very nice to receive, I think.

I had trouble finding the shopping cart after having navigated some through the website after making the reservation. I was worried that I would be unable to complete the reservation. I finally found it under 'My Disney Vacation / Saved Dining Offers.'

Update: I called MS later today and made the reservation for the last day of my stay.
