bouquet. She was so nervous she held her dads hands and walked down the isle.

My goddaughter who was a bridesmaid, walked back and go it for her and she didn't hold it until she processed out and almost forgot it again.

I guess we will always remember this. We are at home taking a break before supper and the dance. I'll post a picture later.

When I read the subject line, I thought that the bride forgot your neice. Why didn't you include the bonquet in your original subject line? One of my pet peeves!

I understood the title perfectly. Spelling correctly is a big pet peeve around here too, although not one of mine.::yes:: ;)

cute story -- something she'll always remember on her wedding day.

I understood perfectly your niece who was a bride forgot something......What is the big DEAL here people!!

If you don't like the title of the thread, then why even read it

It will be a story for the bride to tell her children/grandchildren some day...... a family history story in the making :D

I think there is always something that doesn't go as planned at most all weddings. These are the things that we look back and and laugh at as time goes by. I'm sure your niece will laugh about it too in the years to come.

At my wedding, I had gotten some pretty expensive decorated taper candles. Well, dummy me, I left them in the trunk of my car and the day of the wedding, we seen they had melted. My husband had to drive an hour and a half to get replacements and they didn't have the right color in stock. They found some nail polish and painted them. LOL They worked and it's a memory I'll never forget.

We also had a white isle runner. Well again, dummy us, we forgot to tack it down. The Wedding March starts playing for my bridesmaids to start down the isle, but the ushers could NOT get that isle runner laid out right. I watch it in videos today and I can see all the guests at my wedding who sat on the end pews putting their feet out to hold the stupid thing so the ushers could get it rolled out. Again, it's funny looking back and it adds unplanned memories that I wouldn't give up for anything.

Because the title was incomplete.

I ended up leaving my bouquet at the alter with my maid of honor. I was just so glad to have the ceremony over and wanted to get to the reception that DH and I practically ran down the aisle. There are some pictures of my maid of honor holding the bouquet out for me while I just took off. :)

Must be a flower thing. LOL! In our case, I ordered the flowers for the church to be done in the same flowers that were in my bridesmaids' bouquets. When we got there, they were solid white!    Made me real unhappy! I don't like white flowers. ;)

I understood the title without a problem, but I don't understand people who are so picky that they make others feel unwelcome on the board. Scroll on by if the title isn't up to your standard. Don't sweat the small stuff- you'll live longer.

The forgotten bouquet will just make the day more memorable.

I think it's rude to point out someone else's grammer mistakes.

No one is perfect!

Understood the title, laughed at the post.

And, really, if you had put what she forgot in the thread, I have to admit I probably wouldn't have opened it. lol I imagined different things she could have forgotten (some even funnier, others MUCH more disasterous) while I waited for the page to load. :p

Thanks for the wedding giggle!!
