My newest way to save

So it seems that my vacation jar is filling quickly.

Some member(s) of my family must be forgetting to empty their pockets. In the past 2 weeks I have found $21.00 in the washer or dryer. I call it "laundry tips" and put it in the vacation jar.

If they keep it up we'll be going away soon! LOL

Yeah I miss doing laundry for my DD's in the sense that there is no longer free money found in the washer or dryer. DH is just to good at not leaving anything in his pockets.

I've found by staying at home I don't spend money, by not doing laundry (DH an I just don't have much so can do laundry every 2 weeks) saves money. By not having to vaccum but every couple of weeks I'm conserving energy etc LOL

Excellent idea. For the sake of the Disney fund I will give up ironing entirely.

Loose change in the dryer goes in the Disney jar. Bills go back to the person who is desperately looking for them.
