I just got my new power chair. It is from Amylior, the Alltrack M, HD model. It is mid-wheel drive with 14 inch wheels. It has power tilt, recline and footplate tilt. It was custom designed for me at Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Hospital by a seating specialist and ordered through National Seating. From my first evaluation until delivery it took 6 months and 3 weeks. Medicare balked, delayed and denied but Mary Free Bed and National Seating never gave up and got me a chair with everything they designed for me. My weight does not meet the criteria for a heavy duty chair but the seating specialist believed that my life style (lots of Disney trips, lots of outdoor activities, etc.) justified it and eventually Medicare gave in.

Yay! I hope you will come back and update us after you have had some time in it - it looks like it will be nice and comfy for you! ❤

I’ve been considering getting a chair from that company if my first choice (a Quantum Q6 Edge HD) fell through (or god forbid, discontinued and not replaced with another HD model or worse, having to go to the Q-1450, a front-wheel drive chair).

A couple questions, 1. Is the seat comfy for all day use? And 2. How is it with making tight turns in the house?

The seating specialist at the rehab hospital had several different seat and back cushion choices that were available and I picked the ones I liked. It is now the best seat in my house. The turning radius is 3 degrees so very tight circle. However, the chair is longer than my previous one so there was a learning curve.

My daughter is on her third power chair.
Her first one was rear wheel drive, her second one was mid-wheel and her current one is front wheel.
The transition to each one was a bit of a learning curve - length and turning radios take a bit to get used to.

Her power chair hasn‘t been and don’t be going to WDW. It can raise, tilt, recline and stand. It has too many moving pieces for us to feel comfortable putting it onto a plane.
