My new Maytag Neptune just broke!

We just bought a new front loader 2 weekends ago. We checked out Consumer Reports before we bought, and we found out that Maytag has the most repairs on their front loaders. Their top loaders were okay, but the repair rates for the front loaders were hideous. We bought a Kenmore. I don't remember the name. It was the CR Best Buy at about $720. There were a few that were ranked higher on the list, but they were all at least $1000. This one was comparable, and the Kenmores have very low amounts of repairs. The best part was that when we got to the store, the machine we wanted was on sale for about $640, so we got an unbelievable deal for a front loader. The door is practically on the floor, though, so we paid an extra $100 for the pedestal.
