OP - Im gonna answer for you.

Theres nothing to 'get'. I dont think he asked if he should get an antenna topper or a tattoo, he is just showing us what he's already done, and obviously is quite proud of (with good reason, OP!!! It looks fabulous!). And since he isnt planning on having it lasered off tonight, it's one of those "if you dont have anything nice to say" moments.
