This show has become one of my favorites of this past season. Anyone else fans of Earl and would you keep a list like his?

I think it's a GREAT show.... at first I didn't think it would be that good. But I really enjoy it. Funny concept too. But wondering just how far the show can go on one list... lol, how many things are supposed to be on there? How many seasons worth? LoL.

I love this show! The comedy reminds me of a Kevin Smith movie. I even checked when it first came on to see if he was involved. He's not, but Jason Lee is great as Earl!

I must be the only person in the world that would rather count rice than watch this show!

This show was one of my favorites this season. :happytv: It always had me laughing and I was constantly surprised with the show.

Juliette Lewis was great as Earl's ex-girlfriend/bounty hunter. That episode had me laughing the whole way through.

Would I keep a list? :confused3 Right now, I don't need one- karma seems to be on my side and I really haven't done anything terrible to anyone. (At least that I know of.)

Hopefully they will be able to keep this show going for a while. It is a great show to sit down, watch, laugh and forget about the stresses of the week.

I can't wait until it's back on in the fall.

We LOVE that show!! It cracks us up every week! We're gonna miss it until the fall. Joy cracks us up!!!

I really LOVED this show in the beginning but thought some of the later episodes pushed the envelope a little. I did not like the Juliette Lewis episode, seeing knocked out teeth is not my cup of tea. Another episode that showed Joys character complaining about being pregnant and the baby kicking up against her "cootie wall"(at least thats what i thought she said). I cringed and my kids werent even in the room. I hope the show doesnt think it has to become cruder and cruder just to keep the rating up. If so, they will lose me.

Love the show. This is about the only thing I watch on network TV.

Not sure if I can post this link or not, but let's try.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_List_(My_Name_Is_Earl)

They've gotten a list together and it says which ones have been completed, are in-process, couldn't be finished, or were finished in other ways. Also, they mention that there are now 267 items on the list, and that 101 of them have been stated through the show, nbc.com, or other promo materials.

It's funny that I should see this thread today since I saw the show for the first time tonight. But it was a dozie since I saw four episodes, lol. And I laughed a lot, I thought the show was just too funny.

I love Earl!!! Awesome show- and Jaime Lee Presley as Joy is freaking hilarious!!! I quote her constantly.

My favorite episode is the beauty pageant one- I die every time I hear Joy say, "Well, I'll just have the tiniest prettiest baby there, won't I?" (Ok- not a direct quote- but close enough... it still cracks me up).

I taped last night's mini Earl feast and I'm still giggling

Oh snap! I could watch any of the characters counting rice!! It is such a refreshing show, though they have one joke a night I don't want my kids to hear. That is too bad! The first one I saw ever was the Y2K and I watched it again last night! Great show!!

The only downside is that it comes before the Office and I'm usually too anxious for The Office to enjoy anything else.

But I just love the concept. Not yet another dopey family sitcom or reality show.

I saw Earl (forget the actor's name) on Leno or something once and did ya know he was a professional skateboarder. He planned on doing that as a "career" in fact.

I think that Earl and The Office is the best comedic hour on television in a loooooooooooong time! I love both shows! They are relatively original concepts and have great story lines!

The red ticket machine/Y2K episode is one of my favorites! I was happy that they showed that one last night :thumbsup2 My favorite scene from the office is when they put all of Dwight's stuff inthe vending machine and then they give him nickels to buy it all back :lmao:

GREAT SHOW! This, combined with The Office - has me rolling for an hour each Thursday! Truly genius writers on those shows.

Joy is my fave. And Crab Man. Randy cracks me up, too.
