My mother is gone

I'm so sorry for your loss Kim. I completely understand how you feel, having lost my dad almost 8 years ago at the age of 64 from lung cancer. It is a very hard thing to deal with. We were all heartbroken. My mother still hasn't slept in the bed they shared together. It does get easier with time, the pain lessens, but the missing is always there. We lost alot when my dad died, as I'm sure you have too. Hugs to you and your family.

So sorry for your loss. I lost my Dad to lung cancer several years ago. I cry now just thinking about it. You never get over it but you learn to deal with it. My thoughts are with you.

The pain is so deep & with Mother's Day approaching...it's just another reminder that there is a huge void in my life.

I never noticed how many Mother's Day ads there are until this year. I have been in near constant pain for a few weeks because every time I turn around there is another ad to remind me.

I'm so sorry.....
wishing you and your family some peace and comfort in your grief.

I'm sorry for your loss. Cancer is a horrible disease. :(

Kim, I am so sorry for this devastating loss for you and your family.

My very deepest condolences.

My brother died when he was 34 years old - my Mom had lost her Dad when she was only 6, her Mom when she was 32 - but she said the hardest thing to bear was losing her child.

  to you and your Grandmother.

I am so very, very sorry. :( My heart goes out to you and your family.

No... people never get over losses like this. They just go on living.

So sorry to hear about your Mom. My best wishes to you and your family.

Kim, I am so sorry for your loss. I lost my father to lung cancer 16 years ago, he also was very young. Its very hard to accept when a parent dies in the prime of their life. :( I can tell you that with time, it does get easier -- you never forget and you never fully get over it, but it does get easier to focus on the happy memories rather than the sad ones.

I'm keeping you and your family in my prayers.

Kim, I'm so sorry. I lost my mom to lung cancer 7 years ago. The first year and its holidays are the hardest. I'm sure Mother's day will be very hard for you this year. I know its hard on me because this year it falls on my mom's birthday.

Take it one day at a time and keep the happy memories in your heart.

My most sincere condolences to you and your family on your Mom's passing KimR.
