so ive been to WDW about 5 times (im 16)
but my mom has never been. i guess hse had a chance when she was my age but thought she was "too cool" or something like that.

so next dec. our whole family is going down for the first week, as a christmas gift from my grandma and grandpa.
so shes trying to plan everything out but has no idea what shes doing, and when i try and help her, she doesnt listen to me.

any advise??:confused3

Just curious, but how is it, you've gone, she hasn't?:confused3 Can whoever you went with be of any help? If you can, check out the lastest copies of any Disney travel books from the library or possible buy one and she'll have it as a referencce when you tell her the wonderful things that the family would enjoy. GOOD LUCK :)

oh i go with my grandparents.
and my grandmas tried to help her, but shes dead set on doing it herself.
bhut i did get her the unofficial guide. and she does seem to like it.

Unfortunately sometimes you can't tell some people anything. The first time we went to Disney there were so many things we missed out on doing because of lack of planning, lack of information, we actually drove down to WDW without even so much as a hotel reservation if you can believe that! It took us going like that for me to realize the thought that goes into planning and scheduling for a trip like this to be successful. Luckily you will be with her and be able to steer her where you know you need and want to be once you get there! Just offer some minor suggestions and make sure she does lots of reading up. Iam sure you will enjoy yourselves.

Yes - show her the Dis! She'll find lots of useful information here, as I'm sure you have. Then, maybe you can plan things out together, with your grandparents. That's great that she's finally going to go! Have a great trip!

thank you guys for the tips.
hopfully she will start usuing the dis boards.
i told her about them. so now she at least knows they exist :goodvibes
