well this is really lame and a total bummer. with all these vmk problems that have been going on with peoples accounts getting accidentally banned, my mom's account has been claimed as a victim of the madness 
she hadn't done anything wrong and has been playing vmk on this account for over a year now. then all of a sudden she can't get on. she's had a problem all along with the contact us and somehow her information got messed up so she's never been able to write in to vmk either about things. so she called the number that i ran accross posted from another Diser. all they told her to do was go to the contact us section. at lease they helped her figure out how to write in with "broken" information. but unfortunately, we are fairly certain that vmk is not going to do anything to get her account and all of her stuff back. personally i think that vmk needs to get things together. i've heard this happening to a few people now. and it is not the palyers' faults at all, it is a lack of order in vmk. it is very upsetting to hear about these things and also, that vmk isn't doing anything to get the accounts back when it was their fault they were deleted in the first place! i told my mom to make a list of everything she can remember she had, and i'll do my best to replace the things that i own. i am sad that i can't replace her favorite item, the beloved bird hat. she and i went through a lot of trouble to get one for her she is very bummed out and i feel just terrible for her. i know how bad i felt the times i've gotten scammed out of items, but this is her entire account! everything she's gotten from quests, ebay, weekend specials. all gone! i wish i could just push a button and get all of her things back for her. as i said before, no offense to vmk, but they need to get their acts together and fix stupid mistakes like this!!
