My mind's getting confused

And i keep wondering if the music they play during Candleabration is the same of the Parade - Just Like we Dreamed It.
If not (as i think) which music do they play???

There is a mix of tunes. One part I do know because I looked for it is very similar to the music from the "Peter Pan" live action film, but "Just like we dreamed it" is there too.
