I still can't believe that I've done/am doing this! Life is too short to spend it dreaming and I decided I need to make things happen. My body isn't going to get healthy with me sitting on the couch reading a book or sitting at the computer. I might hate myself by the end of this, but I have a feeling I will love myself. And add all of the popcorn smileys you'd like!
Popcorn is a pretty healthy snack - minus all of the butter. I pop my own in a brown lunchbag in the microwave. Sometimes I add a small amount of oil afterwards and some salt and sometimes I eat it plain.

I saw your post over on Julie (mousescrapper)'s PTR and I'm glad to hear that your family is well! I was also thrilled to see you started a new PTR!

I'll go change it.
So I've been starting to eat more at meals and eat fruit once in a while when I'm hungry
I am drinking 2.5 L of water a day and I stretch before getting on the treadmill.
