My magic bands shipped early??

We have a trip booked for mid January. After a few weeks of frustration I was able to get an upgraded magic band. This morning I received an email saying my bands had shipped. I though they don't ship until a few weeks before your vacation. Has something changed?

Yes , when you purchase a band they ship asap. I got mine like 8 months ago for next week.

If you pay for any upgraded MagicBands, the entire order will process and ship immediately.

Our trip is in March and our magic bands arrived last week, about ten days after I ordered them. Surprised me! (And yes, I did have one upgraded band in the order, so guess that's the reason.)

Thanks for the info. I figured it had to do with the upgrade but was curious if I was right.
