My Little Seat with WDW Highchairs

Does anyone have experience using "My Little Seat" at WDW. We are traveling with our 5mo. I've heard that people use them with boosters, etc. I'm not sure how it will work out with the highchairs. Would we be better just using it with the regular dining chair? Thanks so much!

1) The last time I saw, extra seats were not allowed with high chairs.
2) They said it was a safety hazard, since chairs were not designed for extras.
3) Now, this was 3 years ago, so things might have changed.

I want to say some of the high chairs are able to somewhat recline so that would probably be better with a 5 month old. And worse come to worse you should be able to wheel the stroller into the restaurant if you need to. I would hesitate to buy a My little seat for a 5 month old, I remember my DS wasn't sitting upright at 6 months and probably would have flopped over even if he was in a seat like that.

If you have a stroller "system" you can keep the infant in the insert and place that on a chair in the restaurant. In any event, when you make ADRs you must include the infant in the count of people.

At certain restaurants (not all) - I remember Whispering Canyon at WL and Crystal Palace specifically - they have both high chairs and infant chairs. The infant chair is solid grey plastic and reclines. It was great for the 5.5 month old we were traveling with. The server at Whispering Canyon even went to the extra effort of lining the seat with a cloth napkin so that it wouldn't be chilly on the baby's skin. We also wheeled the stroller in to a few restaurants (Sci Fi and Coral Reef come to mind) since the baby was sleeping at the time. The servers were quite helpful no matter where we went.

You'll have enough to lug around with you all day, I wouldn't add an extra seat to the mix.
