Where is it done?
Do you have to buy a pony too?
How much is it?
Is it for the little plastic ponies or the plush ones?

My DD did this the last time we were there. It was at the toy store in Downtown Disney. I *think* it was $18.95 for the box and you get as much stuff as you can fit in the box. The CMs there make sure your box is filled too! The one working when we were there kept telling us we could fit more stuff in LOL! They are the plastic ponies and there are all kinds of accessories, like a bed, clothes, teacups, etc.

you dont need to put a pony inside the box, so you can fit tons of accesories and clothes
you can do it at the marketplace and at Mickeys town fair inside the MK.
there same "system" is also used for Mr potato head.

We did it at MK, I guess there is more to choose from in DTD. However, we were able to fit 2 ponies (the girls already have many ponies but insisted on new ones) and 76 accessories in the box, including a bed. After we got home I do not know how I did it as I couldn't get them all back in, not even close! It was okay that we got the ponies as well, there were not THAT many different accessories anyway at MK. I think we got 20 teacups!

I, too, was amazed how much you could stuff into the box! I managed to get in the bed, a pony, and many, many little "outfits". There are tons of Disney princess outfits, plus Minnie Mouse. Too cute!

There are some tricks to maximizing the space - put some soft clothing-type items in the bottom of the box, then put the bed in upside down. Stuff some more soft clothing items around the edges of the bed.

It's quite fun to do this! All of us adults were on a zealous quest to get all of the pieces!!! Because most of the items are so small, it's easy to miss some of the pieces for each pony "outfit" (particularly things like the shoes, which are heavier and sink to the bottom of the bin, and the tiny items like necklaces and sunglasses). Have one of the CMs help you to make sure you don't miss any of the pieces. (I got a "dud" for a CM - she didn't help me at all, but one of the other guests helped me figure out which pieces I was missing.) I spent about a half hour there before I had my box stuffed. My niece will be getting her pony "kit" for Christmas - I can't wait, she's a MLP fanatic!

When I went to DTD to stuff a My Little Pony box, a CM showed me how I could fit 3 ponies into the box and still have room for all the clothing and accessories!

In my box I managed to fit 3 ponies, all the outfits and their accessories (including 4 shoes for each pony) and the magic mirror. The only piece I couldn't fit into the box was the bed. I sat on the floor off to the side, dumped my way overflowing box onto the floor and spent 15 minutes sorting the stuff, making sure I had all the pieces and then meticulously packing the box so it all fit. It was SO much fun!

The shoes are the hardest part, they settle on the bottom of the bin and they are hard to find. Oh and don't be like me and pick out TWO, yes TWO shoes for every single outfit...and then realize you need FOUR shoes (cuz your pony has four feet, what was I thinking?). in my defense, there was alot of pressure on me---a preteen girl was elbowing me and taking all the good stuff and a CM was trying to organize things and kept handing me outfits I 'needed", lol.

anyways, my daughter loved it and she was 17 at the time. It really was fun....but that girl had some sharp elbows!!!!
