Hi!
This is inspired by the Potato Head thread...

What parts/items are available at Disney for the My Little Ponies? My DD isn't really old enough to play with ponies, but I figured I would get her collection started now.

Thanks for any help!

I just bought some pony accessories a few days ago, let me see what we bought and I will try to remember what I passed up...

a popcorn cart for a pony to pull behind her, teacups to sit in (like the mad tea party), little princess like skirts (think tu-tus) and hats (cindy, belle, aurora) barrettes with ribbons, combs, beds, pails, baskets, shoes, raincoats & hats, headbands with mouse ear antennaes, princess mouse ear head bands, blankets, tea pot, plates, cups, crowns. I am sure there is more...I didn't buy any of the big items, but I think there was a vanity too.

I think I was more into it than my 2 year old, but she will appreciate this stuff soon enough. I had all the my little pony stuff when I was a kid (there was so much less of it out there back then) and I remember taking over our living room and making it "pony world." In hindsight, I guess I had very tolerant parents. :)

By the way I am 32 (today) and have never had a cheesehead either, but the Packers are on our TV every Sunday. :cheer2:

Thank you!!!

brandylouwho - I absolutely LOVE my tag...just wish the tag fairy would have bleeped out my age :teeth: . I remember the My Little Pony's from when I was a kid too, and figured I would start DD's collection early. Who knows when we will make it back to WDW after this trip...

angel's momma - Thanks for digging up the thread! I am checking it out now!

oohh..do they still have that box to fill? DD LOVES her ponies and this would be great! (I love them too because I was too old the first time around for them..but now I can play with hers and it is ok! ) :rotfl:

Yep - I think it is $18 for the box to cram full...I can't wait! I'm doing that and Mr. Potato head for DS...

My DD is not even 2 yet, and we started her collection last yr in the WORLD! she has TONS of that stuff!! I too think i get into it more than her back then! but lately she loves playing with them!! ::yes::

My daughter is going to LOVE this...didn't even know they had My Little Pony, let alone Disney versions.

9 Days and counting!!

One little tidbit of info that I read somewhere that helped me out was when I was filling the box. I had heard that you could buy the big items seperately for $2 so I asked and yes that was true. The Popcorn Stand was really big and I did not want to take up all that space in the box so I purchased that seperately. I was able to stuff the box with a pony, bed, blankets, many 'outfits', hair accesories, radio, vanity and mirror and someother junk and then got the Popcorn stand seperately. I had tons of fun packing every square centimenter of that box. That puppy was FULL!!! Yes, I am crazy! You should have seen me stuffing the Lego cannister at the Lego store!

I knew about the Potato head, but didn't know about MLP! My DD is a PONY FANATIC! This will make her trip, lol! Can someone please tell me what store I can ind the display? TIA!

I was there a last week and I found that in addition to the pack your own box of accessories they had a bunch of the ponies that you can't find in stores anymore. My DDs are hooked on the movies and books and it was those ponies, but they were dressed up as the princesses. Like Kimono as Belle and Pinkie Pie as Cinderella someone was Aurora, Ariel. My 3 year old loved it because those are the ponies she knows from the movies but don't ever see in stores. They were $12 each.
