My Little Pony Kimono dressed as Belle

I have no idea where to ask this but I thought I would start here and maybe someone could point me in the right direction.
My DD really wants a My Little Pony named Kimono and I have seen them on eBay and at laughingplace.com dressed up as Belle. I am wondering if anyone knows if they are still being sold at the theme parks, because I am going down in less then a month and that would be a great thing to bring back for her.

They do sell these at DW. We bought our dd her's at a store in Epcot, Mouse gears maybe? Hope this helps a litte!
