My Laptop is Making Funny Noises

So I bought a new Toshiba laptop back in September. I LOVE IT!

Well in the past few days, it has started making this very funny purring/growling like sound.

Has anyone ever experienced this with a laptop?

I'm wondering if something got into the fan or something.

Should I take it back to Circuit City and explain the problem because I bought the full warranty on it?

Any help/advice/suggestions?

Mine sort of chugs and clucks almost like a quiet chicken sound.... right before the hard drive fails (I'm on hard drive #4, but this one has lasted longer than the 1st 3 all added together)
