This used to be my kitchen. Outdated, cedar ceiliings, solid pine beams, mid 80's cabinets...white laminate. The only good thing about my kitchen was the hard wood floors which were set on a diagnonal throughout the house and picture framed. Still very nice.

Now meet my new kitchen. We coffered the ceiling to tie in with the existing one, knowing that we would never be able to match a textured ceiling.

:) It looks great, nice and bright...now get cooking!

Very pretty! I do like mine to have more color, but that's probably the prettiest neutral kitchen I've seen! Great job!

I have 14 different colors of Fiestaware, glass doors on my cabinets, so I am getting color from "stuff". I like light, bright and NEUTRAL. :rotfl: DH painted one of the bathrooms recently. He painted it Behr parchment. I had him repaint it back to Dover white. Which is a more golden white. ;)

I really love it!! It's so clean, crisp and bright! You did a fantastic job!

and I love the built-ins in the eating area - you can never have too much storage space!

those disney touches are great too (of course!). and I love the pendant lights

I LOVE it!!! It's beautiful! Nice and open with so much natural light! :thumbsup2

It's beautiful, Dawn. I love a bright kitchen. And the Disney touches are perfect. Not too much, just right.

Beautiful!!

Enjoy!:goodvibes

Thank you. BTW, did you notice that the clouds in your pictures look like hidden Mickeys?

I have a very large Minnie Mouse cookie jar in a lower glass cabinet that you can't see in the picture. The pictures on the wall were my mother's; from the 70's. A little "retro" there. thanks.

I love the neutrals! It turned out beautiful. Love the little Disney touches and all the lighting choices! :goodvibes

I love neutrals, also, it's GORGEOUS!! I especially love the lighting, beautiful!

Congratulations! The new kitchen is absolutely beautiful. I really like how the beige makes the warmth in the woods really pop. The counter tops are just perfect and go really well with tiling and glass behind the stove. Love the look:goodvibes

Mentioning the Mickey Cookie Jar made me laugh, I have a positively gigantic Pinocchio cookie jar from Fortunoff, glad I'm not the only one with Mickey scattered everywhere. Some might call it an addiction, I prefer to call it charming;)

I love it, and as someone else said just the right touch of Disney in there.
