We just came back from a wonderful 8 day trip to DL. It was my DS (3 1/2) first trip. DH, Grandma and Papa and uncle came too. I cannot tell you how much fun we had, but then again, all of you know.
My son is definitely a Disney-kid.
He and the rest of us want to go back ASAP. Of course, there are money contraints, especially since we have to fly from Hawaii. I long to take him back before the end of the year, but probably will have to settle for fall of 2005.
How do you deal with a situation like this? How do you possibly explain to a toddler that he'll have to wait until next year, when he doesn't even get the concept of time?
And what do you do with yourself and your kid and your parents, until you can start planning your next trip to Disney?
We're all having a much more difficult time dealing with this than I thought, ok, maybe me more than anyone else.
Help us cope!
And thanks for being a great source of entertainment, information and understanding everyday.
