My job is going to be permanent

I got asked today if I would stay on permanently (spelling?) instead of just temporarily for the summer which was the initial agreement. I agreed and the pastor told me I've been doing a great job.

He says he doesn't know how he'd make it through another school year without someone in the position (since that's when the position is the most needed for a Campus Ministry.) It also doesn't hurt that I am eligible for the Federal Work Study program and since they work with the Student Activities office, they're allowed to use Work Study students.
