My itinerary (I think), is this feasable?

After everyone's great responses about EE, I think I am happy with this, but let me know if it can be improved.

We are staying at the Dolphin 2/27 - 3/6.

2/27 (Friday) - arrive, no parks, maybe mini golf.
2/28 - EE at MGM, then head to MK mid-afternoon with PSs @ Crystal Palace for dinner (6ish).
2/29 - cheer competition all day - no parks
3/1 - MY BIRTHDAY!! EE at Animal Kingdom, then either Fantasmic dinner package at H&V or dinner (maybe Boma) and IllumiNations cruise (I'm gonna try, but not holding my breath)
3/2 - Universal
3/3 - EE at Epcot all day with PSs @ Ice Cream Social (3pm)
3/4 - EE at MK and stay all day
3/5 - PSs for Chef Mickey's (8:30am) and go back and do what ever we missed the other days.
3/6 (Sat) - head home

I'm going to try to get IllumiNations cruise for any night, but would really love for my B-day. If by chance I get one, then I will rework the schedule. So what do you think? Any changes/recommendations?
Thanks!

Looks good! But I think for me all those EE's would kill me:faint:

My kids are VERY early risers, up by 6:30 the latest, so EE for us will not be a problem.
