I was a size 6 when I got married
Now after 30 years of marriage I am a size 12
I am 5' 3" and 150 pounds.
I am working on getting to 140 pounds and maybe a size 10
I eat veggies and fruits during the day with a PB&J or turkey sandwich.
Breakfast is an English muffin with no salt butter.
Dinner is with my family - plain steamed veggies with chicken, burgers, or pork chops.
Not exactly a diet, but I do get at least 4 servings of fruit and veggies a day.
