My house smells like the Yacht Club lobby - hooray!

I actually ordered my machine from enviroscent, it was an extention company of Scentaire. I didn't have to meet with anyone. Just went online and ordered the machine. Now when I go on their website I can't find the machine I ordered. I sent an email to customer service so hopefully I'll hear back from them. I'll be disappointed if I spent $50 on a machine just 4 months ago that will be useless now if they've discontinued it. The refills are a pack of hard beads. The reason I went with this particular machine was because packs of refills were only $15, and should last for a good while, I'd say 4 to 6 months if used carefully.

I would have MUCH preferred not having to meet someone. They seemed to "require it" when I contacted them so I was willing to go through the motions. Let us know what you find out!

Still haven't heard back from customer service at EnviroScent, but I did a search on their website and it appears that if you've previously purchased the machine I own you can contact them for refill orders. So it does appear that the machine has been disconitued. I'm bummed because I really wanted another machine. At least I can still get the refills for the time being. I can't imagine they'll continue selling the refills now that the machine has been discontinued. I better order a bunch incase. I'll let you all know if I ever hear back from CS.

Scent at Poly..Chlorine and sun tan oil..JK! Its my resort of choice..

Id love to make my home smell like GF, I just stand in the lobby and smell! LMAO! I told DD when we go back in Sept (staying at Poly) I have to take her to GF to shop and smell! LOL

Anyone figured out the smell at GF yet? My DH asked once while we were there and they told him it was just the mixed scents of Basin upstairs? Im hoping this isnt so

I think the GF lobby scent is the same used at BC/YC. The GF smells stronger for some reason and I do think that the fresh flowers they use add to the smell. The closest thing I've found to the smell at those resorts, other than my machine and the Green Clove and Aloe scent, is the Rainkissed Leaves scent at Bath and Body works. It smells very, very similar, but unfortunatly they don't have that scent in their home fragrance line, just bath and body items in that scent.

Does the poly use south sea island? Anybody know?

I have emailed the company asking what scent , if any, they used for the lobby of the Poly.

Im still waiting on a reply but my money is on South Sea Island also.

Bumping this thread up. My life has been pretty hetic for the last several months. Anyone have new information on these machines and what all is available. I was going to order one of the older units until I read here they have come out with a new one. News on scents? What scent is used at the GF?

Ive heard several times that GF uses the Green Clove and Aloe but I think with Basin upstairs in the lobby it changes the smell a bit..

We just bought all new furniture and painted so I dont want to spend that kind of money when I still have to pay off our trip.

I ordered some tarts from serene dream shop they have the Green Cloves and Aloe scent and they were quite cheap so I will try that and see..

So I wanted to tell everyone I got the tarts in from serene dream shop and OMG they do smell like BC, YC and GF! I am so exited! They were so cheap too! For 6 of them with shipping (that always gets you) I paid a little over $6!

Now as far as the GF sent it is slightly different but I really believe its b/c of Basin upstairs but its defanitely the base scent used in the lobby!
