Sounds great!!! DF and I are honeymooning in January as well (6-13) and have made all of our ADR's as well. We are on the DxDDP and are eating at signature restaurants each night (except for le cellier and coral reef). We aren't however going to be lucky enough to experience V & A's. Have an amazing time and congrats!!!

Are you guys getting the bride and groom ears?? We are. I'll keep my eyes out for you fellow honeymooners. Where are you staying?

Well, if you weren't already getting married...;)

Impressive! You've obviously put a lot of thought into your dining plans. I know my husband, even in our dating phase, would have never done that...

It looks great. Just make sure you are well rested before your arrival. (I know, like that is possible after a wedding.) You may be tired and you've got a long day planned. And, of course, Epcot will be packed...fighting the crowds is tiring.

Question are you on a dining plan?
And what are you doing on the 8th and 9th? Where are you staying? That might influence suggestions...

Looks like a great ADR selection, Best Wishes on your wedding and especially your honeymoon.;)

Wow, with all that eating, the two of you will not be doing much else. That's lots of food.

On the 8th I have a reservation for the Surfing school, but no dining plans, and on the 9th, I have no plans at all. I figure it would be good to have at least one day with no plans.

We are staying at the Polynesian Honeymoon suit for the first three days of our vacation and then we are going to the Pop Century resort.

We are currently not on the dining plan, but I am considering doing it if I can get tips to be covered (since we start on Dec 31st, I'm hoping 2007 rules will apply for the whole trip). I'm waiting for confirmation from my concereigre that we will get 2007 rules, and if I get it I will probably sign up for the dining plan.

One thing is, I've already paid for quite a bit of the meals because they needed payment upfront to get reservations.

Thanks,

Oh, the Poly is a wonderful place to honeymoon! Very romantic, but you know that...
My understanding is that you will get the benefits of the 2007 plan for the entirety of your stay.
I would absolutely do a plan. You will save money. Do the math to see which works out better.
If you do the DDP, unless you have leftover meals, I would pay cash for most of the meals that you've probably already paid for.
Princess Storybook is a buffet, a better meal to pay cash for. Same for CRT, better not to use two table service credits and tip is included. Same for luau and you have category one--you would have to downgrade to use two table service credits. Tip included there, too.
Staying at the Poly, you must eat dinner at 'Ohana.
I know it gets mixed reviews, but we have always has wonderful food and service.
AND you should do Kona for dinner.
Get Tonga Toast and a DOLE WHIP for breakfast at Capt. Hooks. OK, only I could justify a Dole Whip for breakfast--it's sorta like fruit--have that for a snack.
Make the ressies and you can't get them check later. You can always cancel if you're too busy--you'll thrill a walk-up.
Have a wonderful time!!!

Looking again...I think you need the deluxe plan. You will save money.
Someone else can provide the details, but I am sure you can get your deposit/money credited.
Just tell your bride that she no longer has to worry about fitting in that dress!

OK...It's late and I'm slow. Forgive me.
I didn't see the split stay--I was just so excited for you to see the Poly--forget most of what I said.
Not sure how you are doing tickets, but to do a dining plan(s), you'd have to buy an extra one day pass. (Not that expensive and never expires, so you can use it later.)
The 2007 dining plan would be good only for the Poly stay. Your "second stay" at POP would be on the 2008 plan.
Hum. Get your calculator out.
Don't know the price of the honeymoon suite...Maybe downgrade and stay more days at the Poly before moving to POP.
Still you must do 'Ohana, even if hoofing it from POP.
Hope you work it out. Let us know.
:santa:
