I made my own "uncrustables" and froze them. We will eat these on our ride to WDW and then I'll make more to eat at the parks for lunch. You can use any sandwich mixture - pb&j, tuna salad, chicken salad, even small pieces of coldcuts.... I buy the Dollar Store "ziplock" bags.
These use two slices of bread and contain a mixture of pb&j:
My youngest son only likes crunchy peanut butter with NO jelly, so these are made with one slice of bread:
Don't worry, I eat all the crusts with the leftover pbj mixture. I don't just throw them away.
We'll eat pop tarts for breakfast, these "uncrustables" for park lunches and then we'll buy snacks in the parks. This allows us to be able to eat a nice park dinner or eat offsite.
Every little bit helps.... Anyone else do this too?
