my head is foggy

its even foggier than usual

How can clear my stuffy head? Its mainly my ears that feel plugged up and its driving me crazy!!! Its like Im hearing under water.

I have a show tonight and I have to be alert for it
Any ideas??

Drink a cup of hot tea and put a heating pad against your ears maybe? That sometimes helps me.

What about allergy medicine or a decongestant? Or would those fuzzy you up more?

Aleve cold and sinus would be my suggestion. I use it for allergy relief (head & ears congested) and it works wonderfully. Actually if you aren't in pain save yourself the money and just get like a Target brand and it is called "Maximum Strength Suphedrine" Whatever the brand, make sure it is psuedoephedrine hydrochloride extended-release tablets 120mg. It is comparable to Sudafed 12 hour. It is non-drowsy and it clears me up quickly!! Hope you feel better quick!
