My little Melvin is very unimpressed right now. I just cleaned his cage out. He gets very upset when you move anything in the cage, let alone clean it out :lmao: Anyone else have pets with attitude?

I have two hamsters who stay in the same cage together (I bought them together and they are fine) named Frank and Mikey. Mikey is a little more sweet and docile while Frank is a total brat. He is a climber and if I clean the cage he freaks out a little bit more. I have to leave a little bit of the other bedding in the clean cage because the hamster book says they don't freak out as much, so I know Frank will knock it off. I also have a little cat named Delilah who has a bad turn of fighting with my slippers.

Better question would be anyone with an animal without an attitude of some sort.;)

3 cats - Scardy Deck'ster afraid of her own shadow and very insecure when Simon is not around, Cuddly Simon who will pee on anything left on the floor towels, clothing, backpacks etc  good thing he is cuddly or he would be gone and Grumpy Baxter the old man, sits in the kitchen and will swipe at ankles and hiss until he gets fed, sits in DH's chair and hisses at him when DH tells him to move, will swat at DH if DH tries to move him, our housekeeper was afraid of him for years. She said Baxter would sit on the dryer and hiss when she was moping the laundry room. :lmao:
Beasts, the lot of them

2 guinea pigs - mine can be nasty....she likes to be petted, held etc, in a certain way and if we do it wrong she nips, complains and looks really annoyed. They love lettuce and will hide the other veggies (peppers/cucumbers) in their hidies and under their litter in an attempt to convince us they are starving and get more lettuce. My piggy is also ticklish and hates to have her tummy touched.
My DD's piggy is super sweet even gives "kisses" she licks DD's hands and cheek.

You have a houseful! And they sound super cute

'tude is a understatment!
Bandit hates men. I used to think it was funny.... till she started peeing on male houseguests if they dared to doze off.
Bosco wont sleep a whole night UNLESS I get up at two am and play with him

moe (hammy) cant handle being woke up and gets VERY mad when I wake him, even if its to give him a treat!

my hermit crab Chompy gets SO upset with me if i pick him up or move him while his legs are out of his shell.

My pug Gigi is the queen of attitude. She bark "yells" at me all the time and my husband translates for her - it includes a lot of profanity. :rotfl: We just laugh at her and then she gets even angrier. :cutie:

When I read this I just had to laugh!:rotfl: I had a hamster named Melvin when I was 9 years old.

I love my little guy. DBF and roomie both work overnights, and we are not allowed to have cats and dogs so it's just Melvin and I. I am glad to see that is a good name though.

We have 4 cats, Blackie (aka Moo), Babbette (aka Bebe), Angel (aka Zoom), & Tinker Boo (aka Boo boy). Moo is the one with the most attitude. When we got Angel (we had already had Bebe for awhile) she decided to move into our bedroom and would only come out as far as my daughter's room. We used to say she was giving us the butt. When we found Tinker she wasn't too bad or upset about it. It finally took until we got our dog Dalia for her to start coming back out to the living room.

Before that she would Meow as loud as she could if you tried to bring her out to the living room. Then she would run as fast as her little legs could carry her tubness. ;) I guess you couldn't call it running, more like walking fast.

Now if we think about getting something else, we have to consider what Moo would do or how she would react.
