Sometimes, my husband is scared that he married an accountant.

Example:
I told him I wanted to get a golf cart.
He calmly asked about finances
I told him not to worry we would write it off of our taxes.
He worriedly asked how
I told him we could claim it as a business expense down at the Fort Wilderness.
In a glazed look, he asked how
I told him we would use the cart to troll the sites for aluminum cans from the milk crates to recycle. Just doing our part to save the planet and ease the staff's work.

In a defeated and resigned way he went to get another beer.

No otters were destroyed during this beer consuming retirement seminar. Several cans were collected for seed money though.

not to change the subject, but all of those flamingos need a paint job......

Just FYI. If you buy a Tomberlin, Ruff N Tuff or other NEV type cart, the current Fed Tax credit is 10%. Most states offer an additional amount also. Ours is another 10%. No as good as last years, when the Feds gave me a little over $4,600 tax credit, because it fell under the definition as a 'Plug in Vehicle', but they closed the loop hole for 2010 to the smaller credit.

I don't exactly hava plan for early retirement at the Fort,,but if I did it would prob go something like this,,
pizz off my wife and you can find my body buried under the big cypress across the bridge on the canal at loop 300.

Speaking of the dead.

When my parents get into a morbid, when I die moment; I remind them to just leave enough money for hopper tickets (prefer annual passes but with the economy...) for my brother and our spouses and sites at FW.

This way we can flush their ashes throughout WDW. ;)

And that normally stops the conversation. :thumbsup2

A train crashes on the Mason-Dixon line. Which side do they bury the survivors?

All the survivors drive to the 400 loop and stay and complain about all the trick-or-treaters taking all their candy in 15 minutes.
