i dont mind going to movies but i feel like if she sees this movie she will expect me to be like the characters whoich is unfair because im not a vampire or a werewolf (i know the story i watched the movies by myself to see if it was ok for my gf to see it like i usually do) so i think if she keeps asking me im just going to ban talking about the subject in our relationship or i will break up with her. she also isnt allowed to see it with her friends either since that will have the same effect if not worse. how do the guys feel about what twilight says boys should be like? do you agree its unfair?

LMAO! One funny post. :lmao::rotfl:

You should break up with her. Obviously she doesn't appreciate a man that will screen all her movies before she can see them and has a list of topics that can't be discussed.:rolleyes1

Okay, DISers, who forgot to feed the troll today?

Sigh, not a good day to leave the dis. Unfortunately I have an appt. I'm sure there will be alot of comics to read when I get home. ;)

Oh yeah, maybe someone can help the "parent" on the other thread. I'm looking forward to reading that one also. ;)

Any chick who'd drag their boyfriend off to that trainwreck deserves to be dumped.

This is one entertaining thread!

You should absolutely forbid her from seeing it. Women REALLY love it when you "lay down the law". While you're at it, start screening her wardrobe. She'll LOVE it.:lmao:

I'm glad you guys could read that. I made it to the second sentence before my eyes started crossing.

Wait, you let her have 'friends?' Not a good idea as she may get some bad ideas from them. On the other hand, I don't know why you're worried...you're obviously such a great boyfriend, the Twilight boys would pale in comparison.

I wish my boyfriend would screen my movies for me. I love when I have to call him and ask if I can go grocery shopping so I can make him dinner too! :goodvibes

I don't know whether this post is serious or not but either way it's funny. Yeah right.

Well if she's influenced by movies, just don't take her to the new Iron Man movie coming out soon. It will create all sorts of expectations for you.

A little late for April Fools....

While you're at this prescreening business maybe you should prescreen the laundromat, the grocery store, the gynecologist, oh, and maybe a divorce lawyer....

ROTFL...
Well, just make an agreement with her that she won't expect you to be a vampire or a werewolf if you don't expect her to be a playboy centerfold.

If she's into Twilight, then you should dump her and find a girlfriend with better taste in movies. :snooty:

Posts like these are the reason I love the DIS. :lmao:

That's some funny stuff right there:rotfl2:

How old are you? 12? 13? Go do your homework.

Good thing you are pre-screening for her. If watching Twilight is going to make her wish you were a vampire or a werewolf, you better make sure she definitely doesn't see James Bond or some Brad Pitt movie.
